We Need LOU DOBBS in D.C.!

Lou Dobbs has been viciously attacked both by Hillary Clinton and now Obama for his unrelenting position against illegals, hammered by Republicans for his staunch stand on exporting American Jobs, and now is the ONLY BROADCAST JOURNALIST TODAY who has the guts to stand up for our 2nd Amendment rights. McCain is soft on the issue, has compromised with the likes of Ted Kennedy, and even conservative commentators on Fox and other channels are sympathetic to anti-gun trends. Even O'Reilly is silent on gun rights, and good friends with Maher,  who is one of the farthest left, most anti-gun pundits on the air, and who has openly criticized Dobbs.

We NEED someone as honest, smart, and experienced as Dobbs representing us! Although there are only 4 million NRA members, there are 85 million gun owners, and we CAN swing an election if we stand together! Write McCain and tell him he needs Dobbs!

We all know the Democrats are flying high and Mr. Obama only was waiting to secure the 2010 elections before acting decisively and quickly-- so far with over 49 executive orders and over 117 new ATF poicies, and Mr. Holder's obvious "border state" clamp downs in the name of Mexican gangs, none of which buy their guys at US gun stores!. In fact, ATF and States already are responding to the new policies on new gun ban initiatives. Just so far, VPC has gone after ammo in 12 states, California has enacted two new “no ship across State lines” laws, and ATF has instituted three brand new draconian web/home/kiosk hours FFL policies, with the only exception being gunsmiths.

 New Internal ATF Policy on Hours and Facilities

 Many of our employees are retired or part time ATF. There is a new internal policy (not to be published publicly) that hearkens back to the Clinton anti-web, anti-home rules. These rules tried to shut down stores with weekend hours, home dealers and collectors via State tax licenses and hours of operation. Most home FFLs and private sellers have already figured the tax angle out.  However, any seller (including stores!) with “variable hours of operation” (meaning no hours for the public, hours by appointment, or weekend only hours) MUST include gunsmithing. If a seller does not have a gunsmith credential, they will be denied, shut down during their next audit, or refused renewal if they are not open during full regular retail hours.

Finally, the home warehouse rule (running your home as an unlicensed warehouse with a small kiosk elsewhere, all guns and shipping from home) is still legal with gunsmithing, as the kiosk then does not require retail hours.
 

You have made a wise choice in your timing, as other schools charge over $900 for this credential, and we still have hundreds of successful new applicants faxing in their new licenses each month. Unfortunately we also hear many stories of denials from applicants who did not order the info you will have, so please study it carefully before applying.  We're also not sure how long the "home warehouse" loophole will last, but it will at least be grandfathered for those who apply this year. IF YOU OWN A GUN STORE and you do not have FULL RETAIL HOURS, you also NEED this credential to stay in business!
